# Send SMS

> Guide on how to send or schedule sms

## To send an SMS:

* Navigate to SMS on left menu.
* Click on Send SMS.
* Choose Sender ID .
* Choose Recepient Type . *This determines if you want to send the sms via list, uploaded file or phonebook*
* Enter Message
* If you want to schedule the SMS toggle the **send sms at a later date and time** radio button.
* Choose Date and time
* Click send to send the sms

## To view SMS History

* Navigate to SMS on left menu.
* Click on SMS History tab
